Equipment and materials supply

We aim to provide a service, which includes the supply of capital equipment maintained by us.

All necessary chemicals and materials will be provided for our operators to carry out their work.

Credit facilities

Normal trading terms of payment by 14th of the following month of invoice

Corporate work wear

All our operators are contracted to wear full company uniform and this forms part of their assessment when visited by field management. We find this allows ease of identification and for better security and control of all staff on site

Working environment

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a large enough facility for us to perform the service as required. This facility must include adequate lighting, heating, ventilation and water supply to conform to relevant statutory requirements.

Fuel supply

Unlike many of our competitors we provide all necessary fuel and bulk chemicals in order to give our customers an all inclusive price for each service.

Work instructions

To avoid confusion and give our customer's control, we operate a strict no instruction - no work policy as this avoids disputes and subsequent ill feeling.

This instruction must be signed, clearly state the work required (quoting code) and date and time required.
